MAY MY WOMEN HEAL

I love what I do, I absolutely give all of the glory to God for the transformations my women and I have achieved. My whole life thus far has led me to this life pursuit. I became a coach in the year 2020, not because of government agendas, but because I was in a personal place where the requirement to be "selfish" was a must. I decided to go all in on me, Eliden muthafkng Mendez! Becoming a coach further encouraged me to dive so deep into my healing, to look into the shadows where the no's and the no ways and the that's not me resided as the entryway. 

As a kid, I remember praying for children to be well cared for by their mommies, for moms to be kind when the juice was spilled, and to handle such situations with love, comfort, and creativity.

By middle school age, I began to feel like all eyes were on me, it felt tense and heavy. Thanks to the Tyra Banks show I learned to be kind to myself and talk to myself in the mirror, so 7th-grade me did just that to resolve the heaviness.

By high school I encouraged friends to do the same and to open up their eyes to their beauty. I could not stand negative self-talk around me; it brought me to tears because what I saw in my friends was beauty while they saw the total opposite and more.

I then got married and became a mom, while marriage came with its downfalls (which I've made peace with and its the reason I'm guiding women today) motherhood was and is my proudest continuous achievement.
